Terms of service

Rolevell is an AI-assisted application workspace. These terms explain use of the service and the planned paid plans. Paid checkout remains closed during pre-launch.

The application service

An application pack includes one CV and cover-letter draft for a target role, a requirement checklist and interview prompts. You can edit drafts and download Word documents. Rolevell prepares drafts from facts you select and confirm; it is not a recruitment agency or job-placement service.

Review every claim and follow the employer’s application instructions. AI and automated evidence checks can make mistakes. The checklist suggests word overlap; it does not verify a qualification. No interview, job, earnings or compatibility with every recruitment system is guaranteed.

Your account and content

Use accurate information and only submit content you are entitled to use. Do not misrepresent your qualifications, impersonate someone else, submit another person’s private information without permission, misuse the service or attempt to bypass account limits. Keep access to your sign-in account secure.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorise processing needed to generate and deliver the requested drafts, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing and using the resulting application. We do not promise that AI-generated wording is unique or that it creates exclusive intellectual-property rights.

Plans and allowances

At launch, three trial packs are planned once per signed-in account. During pre-launch, the studio is restricted to owner testing. The proposed Application Pass provides ten new packs for R199 over 30 days from payment confirmation and does not renew. Proposed Rolevell Plus provides twenty packs for R249 per monthly paid period and renews automatically until cancelled. See plans and pricing for the current offer.

Unused paid packs expire at the end of their period and do not roll over. Editing and downloading an existing pack do not use another pack. Failed generation releases the reserved allowance. Service limits may temporarily restrict requests to protect availability.

Payment and delivery

The planned order process is conducted by Paddle as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payments and transaction taxes through its checkout. Its Buyer Terms apply to purchases. Rolevell does not receive your full card details.

Checkout must show the final payable total, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes before you pay. Access is granted after confirmed payment. Closing checkout or returning to the site does not by itself confirm payment. If access is delayed after a confirmed purchase, contact support using your receipt reference.

Renewal and cancellation

The pass is a one-time purchase. Plus renews monthly at the disclosed price until cancelled. Use Account → Cancel monthly renewal or the Paddle customer portal before your next billing date. Check that cancellation is confirmed. It stops future renewal; access normally continues until the current paid period ends. Failed renewal does not grant a new monthly allowance.

Cancelling future renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. The refund policy explains how requests are assessed, how to contact support and the effect of a refund on access. Your mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Availability, changes and support

Service availability depends on hosting, sign-in, AI and payment providers. We aim to resolve problems, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Paid features, prices and renewal terms must be disclosed before purchase. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated with any notice or consent required by applicable law.

Access may be restricted to investigate misuse, protect accounts or comply with law. Such restrictions do not remove any refund or remedy required by law. Contact the operator below about service problems or complaints; contact Paddle about payment processing. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
